Marketing for Kitchen & Bath

★★★★★ 15+ success stories

The work used to bring the work.

Now you’re staring at the calendar wondering where the next job comes from. I get kitchen & bath businesses found by the homeowners already searching, and chosen over the shop down the road.

Updated June 13, 2026

Dear kitchen & bath owner,

You built this business on your work. Word of mouth, repeat customers, a sign in a yard here and there. For years you never needed marketing.

The work brought the work.

Then it slowed. The calendar that used to fill itself started showing gaps. And one morning you caught yourself wondering where the next job was coming from.

So you tried to fix it.

Maybe you paid Angi for “leads” that turned out to be tire-kickers and wrong numbers, the same homeowner sold to four other shops at once. Maybe Houzz locked you into a year. Maybe an SEO company took $1,500 a month and mailed you charts while your phone stayed dead quiet.

If it felt like a robbery, it was one. The FTC fined one of those lead companies $7.2 million.

But here’s what none of them told you.

The customers never left. The NKBA counts more than 10 million kitchens remodeled in America every year. One in ten households.

The only question is whether they find you. And whether they pick you when they do.

Most of the time they don’t. They find a tired version of you, parked next to a competitor who looks like the safer bet. So they call him.

He isn’t better than you. He’s easier to say yes to. And 92% of homeowners won’t consider a shop under four stars, no matter how good the work is.

So this isn’t you losing your touch.

The homeowner just moved the first handshake to a screen. That’s the one room you’re not standing in yet.

Schedule your free strategy session 30 minutes, no pitch-slap. You leave with your plan either way.
2.7× more likely to be trusted with a complete Google profile
270% more likely to get picked once you have your first five reviews

That room is the easiest one to walk into. And walking you into it is the whole job.

I get you in front of the homeowners already looking, and I make you the obvious call. Not by selling leads. Not by promising a ranking nobody can promise. I fix what she sees the second she looks you up, build the site that closes her, and keep it working every month.

And I do it on terms the agencies that burned you would never sign.

Month to month. You own everything I build. Fire me any month and it all walks out the door with you.

They locked you in. I won’t.

This is what the research says about your buyer.

  • Homeowners will spend a record $524 billion on their homes this year. The money’s on your street. The only question is whose name they call.
  • Almost 7 in 10 homeowners click one of the first three names on Google. Show up fourth and you were never in it.
  • The top name gets nearly double the clicks of the one below it. Same jobs. The only difference is who Google put first.
  • 91% read your reviews before they call. A quarter of kitchen and bath shops have none. You’re not in the room.
  • In 2023 the FTC made HomeAdvisor pay $7.2 million for selling contractors junk leads. That’s the model I refuse to run. I don’t sell you strangers. I make the homeowner who already heard your name pick you.

Converting website

I build the site that turns her click into a booked call.

We beat your Google results, or we work for free.

Day one, we write down what your Google does right now. How many homeowners find you. How many call.

That number is the line in the sand.

Then I go to work. I rebuild your profile, run it every month, turn every job you finish into a fresh review.

Ninety days out, more homeowners find you and call than do today.

Beat that number, or you stop paying and I keep going.

You see every week of it. You own all of it.

There’s one promise I’ll never make you: the top spot on Google. I don’t control Google. The last guy who swore he did is why you don’t trust people like me.

I guarantee the work, the deadline, and more homeowners through your door. Anybody who guarantees the ranking is lying.

I’ll show you exactly what’s costing you jobs, and how to fix it.

Give me 30 minutes. I’ll pull up your Google next to your three closest competitors and find the exact spots where homeowners are choosing them over you.

Then I hand you the fix. What to change first, what it’ll move, in what order.

You leave with the plan in writing. Run it yourself or have me do it. Either way it’s yours.

I don’t take everyone. If you’re a kitchen or bath shop already doing good work and just losing the online fight, this is the most useful half hour you’ll spend on your business this month.

The questions a burned owner actually asks.

What exactly do you do?

Two things, and I say no to everything else. I fix the Google page homeowners check before they call you, and I build the website that closes the ones who dig deeper. Websites and Google for kitchen and bath. Not plumbers, not dentists, not “all home services.” If your problem is anything other than that, I’m the wrong guy, and I’ll tell you so on the call.

Aren’t you just another marketer who’ll rip me off?

Probably what the last one said too. So don’t take my word for it. I built the deal so you can’t get ripped off. The Rescue is $997 with a deadline, and if I miss it you get every dollar back. The website I design first, before you pay for the build, and if you hate it you walk for nothing. Everything is month to month and you own all of it. I set it up this way on purpose, because you’ve already met the version of me that didn’t.

Do you promise me leads or rankings?

No, and run from anyone who does. Nobody can promise you a Google ranking. Google itself treats that promise as a scam signal. And the guys who promised you leads sold you tire-kickers who were never going to hire. I promise you the work, on a deadline, in writing. The leads are what happens when your page stops bleeding the referrals you already earned.

Do I own my website and Google profile?

All of it. The site, the domain, the Google login, every photo, every word. The day we start it’s yours, and the day you fire me it walks out the door with you. No hostage website. That trap is the first thing I took out, because it’s the reason the last contract felt like one.

How much does it cost?

The Rescue is $997 flat. The website runs $3,500 to $6,000, quoted before we start so the number can’t creep on you. Ongoing management is $997 a month, cancel any month. For context, the median kitchen job in this country is about $24,000. One referral you stop losing covers the whole thing several times over.

I’m slammed on jobs. How much of my time does this take?

Less than you’d think, and you being slammed is the whole reason your Google page got neglected in the first place. For the Rescue I need access and a batch of job photos, then I’m gone for 21 days. For the website I need your content once, and the clock doesn’t even start until it’s in my hands. I do the work. You run your jobs.

Why should I trust you over a bigger agency?

Because the bigger agency hands you to a 24-year-old account manager running forty other clients who couldn’t tell a shaker door from a slab. I only take kitchen and bath, I only take a handful at a time, and I do the work myself. You’re not trusting a logo. You’re trusting the one guy whose name is on the door.

You’ll walk away with the exact plan to beat them.

30 minutes, and you leave knowing precisely what to fix, in what order, to start winning the jobs going to the guy down the road. Hire me to run it or run it yourself. Kitchen and bath only.
